When can I book a session?
We operate on an "if it's open, you can book" basis! Our calendar fills quickly, especially for weddings and peak seasons. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind to check our availability. For weddings and elopements, booking 6-12 months in advance is common, but don't hesitate to inquire about last-minute openings. For all other sessions (family, maternity, portraits, etc.), you can often book within 1-3 months, or sooner if a spot is available.
How and when will I receive my photos?
Your finished, high-resolution images will be delivered via a private online gallery, accessible through a secure password-protected link.

Do you provide all the unedited (RAW) files?
No, we do not provide unedited RAW files. As professional photographers, we believe that the editing process is an integral part of our artistic vision and the final product we deliver. Each image you receive will be carefully selected and professionally edited to ensure it meets our quality standards and reflects our signature style.
Do you offer prints, albums, or other products?
Yes! We offer a selection of high-quality professional prints, custom-designed albums, canvases, and other tangible products. You'll have the option to order these directly through your online gallery, ensuring the best quality for your treasured memories. We believe your photos deserve to be displayed beautifully!
What if the weather is bad for our outdoor session?
We closely monitor weather conditions for all outdoor shoots. In the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, extreme temperatures, high winds) that would impact the safety or quality of your session, we will happily work with you to reschedule to another mutually convenient date. There is no rescheduling fee for weather-related changes.
What should I wear for my photoshoot?
We recommend choosing comfortable clothing that reflects your personal style and the overall mood you envision for your photos. Generally, solid colors and subtle patterns work best. We advise avoiding busy logos, neon colors, or anything that might distract from your faces. For family or group sessions, coordinating colors rather than perfectly matching outfits often creates a more cohesive look. Do you shoot film?

Do you travel for sessions outside of Pocatello?
Yes, absolutely! While we are based in **Pocatello, Idaho**, and frequently serve Southeast Idaho and the Treasure Valley (including Boise, Meridian, and Caldwell), we are also available for sessions in **Salt Lake City, Utah**, and beyond. We are passionate about capturing stories wherever they unfold. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of a 50-mile radius. Please inquire for a custom quote based on your desired location.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that unexpected events can happen. Our specific cancellation and rescheduling policy is outlined in your booking agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if you provide sufficient notice (e.g., 30 days for portraits, 90 days for weddings). We aim to be fair and flexible while also respecting our schedule and commitments.
How many images will I receive?
The number of images delivered depends on the type and duration of your shoot, but we focus on quality over quantity. On average, you can expect anywhere from **30-40 high-resolution edited images for smaller shoots**, and **200-400 images for larger events like weddings and other large gatherings**.
